James is an awesome realtor -- I highly recommend him! He knows the market well, he listened and responded to our likes and dislikes, and always had in mind the criteria we were aiming for within our price range. When he showed us houses, his knowledge of issues with homes specific to Cape Cod was excellent, as is his keen eye regarding floors, walls, foundation, plumbing, electric, landscaping -- what could be changed and how, etc.... We ended up buying a house, and the deal wasn't easy due to issues beyond his control (financing process); he negotiated well in challenging situations, and consistently responded promptly and a great personality to boot. His knowledge, kindness, and humor won't be forgotten by us!
